Into the Ocean

This purple seahorse thought the fish were going to eat him! 

But guess what!  The seahorse ate the fish instead, and the purple octopus happened to be watching!

Our whole class is working on a big ocean project right now!  You may have noticed the big picture we are working on with a big ship.

So much is going into that piece.  We have drawn different ocean animals for the ocean, we found pictures in books to help us draw the perfect ship.  We even spent an afternoon choosing the right shade of blue to use for the ocean water............

We kept adding white paint until we matched up with the shade we picked.

We were inspired by Mateo's whale by the front door, and many of us are working on creating our own whales using wire and wood.
